Rescue--It's the Right Thing to Do
Welcome Back, Friends!
As we continue to kick off the End of the Leash blog, it seems that there are so many topics to cover! But one that sticks out as very near and dear to our hearts is adoption/rescue.
We think it is important for everyone to do their part to support the organizations who work so hard for only the reward of knowing they have found a deserving animal a forever home. Because of all of you, we are fortunate to be able to work with several rescues and local shelters as well as groups who save dogs from kill shelters.
One of our most emotional contributions was to send 200 chews to the kill shelter from where our Sam was rescued. It’s so tragic and sad, but at least we know 200 dogs got to enjoy them.
Please let us know if you have any questions about adoption or rescue. We’d love to help you out!
In the meantime, take a few moments and visit the rescue links at the left. They’re organizations we support on a regular basis. This is a great time for us to all ask, “What can I do?” and look for a way to make a difference. Remember, it is not always what you do or how much, it is the simple fact that YOU DID.
Thanks for stopping in!
Your Friends at End of the Leash
P.S. This week we have lots of new plush and exercise toys! One’s called DogSavers…how appropriate for this week’s topic. We also have the Floatie Flappy for those pups who love the water!
