What My Dog Taught Me...

Little white hairs have taken over Ranger's head, like mine. Unlike me, he doesn't seem to worry. "Who cares? It is what it is," he seems to say with the doggie equivalent of a shrug. As I've paid more attention to how Ranger has handled getting older, I realize that I've got a remarkable guide to help me navigate this tangled and complicated path.

Tulip and Tonta are a pair of yellow bellied sliders that can be adopted together if you can provide them with a very large tank to live in with a large warm basking area to come out of the water. They will need at least an 80 gallon, but larger would be preferred, so they have lots of room to swim about without bumping into each other. Space should be in width not height. Tulip is a big girl, about 9 inches across. Tonto is much smaller but he is a very frisky fellow who pesters Tulip a lot and she can get very annoyed at him so a small tank does not work for them. Indy is an exceptional kitty.  He loves to snuggle and if you pick him up he rests his head on your shoulder.  He is very laid back and easy going kitty.  He can definitely roll with the punches.
