The Alaskan Malamute Club of Wisconsin will be having their all-breed weight pull outside our Mukwonago store on Sunday, November 6th. Registration and weigh-ins start at 9:00 am, with pulls starting at 11:00. The event is expected to conclude around 3:00 p.m.
Come to admire these hard-pulling canines or sign your dog up to show how strong they are! Open to dogs at least one year of age, and weighing at least 30 lbs. Some pull harnesses will be available from the Club for dogs who want to participate but don't have one. There will also be people on hand to talk to owners whose dogs have never pulled.
The Illinois Malamute Rescue will also be selling food and beverages for the event. For more information on the Club or the weight pulls, check out their website at amcw.org.

Time for a trim?
Nails by Jamie will be at our Mukwonago location twice this month! Bring your pooch OR kitty Saturday, November 5th or 19th, from 10am-2pm. The cost is $10 per pet and is first come, first served.
What is your animal companion thinking and feeling?
Animal Communicator Carolee Biddle of Animal Connections will be back in our Mukwonago store on Saturday, November 12th from 11am-1pm.

Frisco, Elvis and Cornelius are a timid trio that was transferred here from another shelter after being left by a dumpster with 21 other rats. They are quite shy, most likely because of their previous situation. With lots of daily interactions and snuggle time, they will become confident and trusting of their human family.
Carmelo and Coco are a fun pair of best buddies! They love hanging out together and being with one another. Exploring is one of their favorite things to do as long as they can do it together. They also enjoy sitting in their human friends' laps!
