Born Free Demo this Saturday

Stop in at our Mukwonago store between 10am-2pm on Saturday, March 25th to chat with a representative from Born Free! Here's a little about them from their website:

Born Free is a dog food born out of a passion and allegiance to man’s best friend.

As a 4th generation, family-run, distributor of canine and feline nutrition products, we believe that the simplest nutrition is the best. In 2010 we saw a need for a product that respected the way dogs were born to eat, with a focus on high-quality protein. So we formed Born Free, a nature-inspired line of dog food that honors the birthright of every dog to clean air, fresh water, and good real food.

In addition to high-quality protein we select vegetables specifically for their nutritional value. And Born Free is always free of grains, gluten, and unnecessary fillers.

We believe in building a legacy, for our dogs, and our sons and daughters — for generations to come. Producing the highest quality food always has been, and always will be, our #1 value at Born Free. We’ve partnered with the best, family-owned pet food manufacturer in America, and we take a hands-on approach to ingredient selection, production and testing — to ensure that Born Free is the best for our pets and yours.

HAWS Pets of the Week

The lucky family that adopts one of the pets featured here on our blog will receive a coupon from HAWS good for a “congratulations” gift bag from End of the Leash!

To learn more about how to adopt through HAWS, please visit their adoption page.  You may also give them a call at 262.542.8851.

Hunter is a 4-year-old lab mix! He is in need of a diet so he can get his body back into swimsuit shape for the summer.  His new family will have to make sure they don’t leave good stuff on the counter--he will help himself to anything he can find.  Since he is such a large boy, a home with small children would not be the best fit. He does get along with other dogs and cats as well.

Clay is a 5-year-old pit mix who is as sweet as can be! He has been with HAWS since November--our longest-term dog resident.  The shelter was a very scary place for him so luckily there was a wonderful family who has been fostering since shortly after he came to us.  He is a great boy that is good with cats and other dogs.  If you are interested in meeting him, call the shelter and we will set up a meet and greet.
